Lifting off from the heli-pad in the Hoffnungsthal Valley, enjoy flying north over Rowland Flat taking in the views of Jacob’s Creek Winery’s “tank farm”. Some of these tanks hold up to 1.4 million litres of WINE! From there we head to Lyndoch, at the southern end of the Barossa, where we will land close to Chateau Yaldara. Walking from the heli-pad to the winery, you can appreciate the beauty of the Chateau before immersing yourself in a winery tour and tasting experience. Complete your visit with a sumptuous 2 course lunch at the Vintage Chef Co Café.
After lunch, reboard the helicopter for a relaxing journey over the Whispering Wall before starting your decent into the Hoffnungsthal Valley. Home of Barossa helicopters.
INCLUSIONS: Approx. 15 minutes in the helicopter. Wine tasting in 1847 Chateau Yaldara Wines cellar door, winery tour and 2 glasses of wine to enjoy with lunch. 2 course lunch in Vintage Chef Co. café. 1 bottle of wine to take home (excludes premium or reserve wines).
EXCLUSIONS: Extra drinks with lunch. Extra take home wine (this can be shipped direct to your home from the winery). Transfers to/from the Barossa Helicopters Helipad.
