Experience:

Spoil the wine-lover within you with our stunning scenic and adrenaline lifting helicopter ride and winery tour. Flying you straight from our Hoffnungsthal Valley heli-pad, past the quaint southern Barossa village of Lyndoch, tracking right along the western ridge of the Barossa Valley before descending in style at Pindarie Wines.
We know this trip will have made you thirsty, so you will be greeted by your winery host upon your arrival who will guide you through a tasting and the fascinating history behind Pindarie. Once you’ve finished your tasting, choose your favourite wine to enjoy with one of their famous “Pindarie Pie” dishes.
After lunch re-board the helicopter and it’s time to take your breath away! Our pilot will fly you past towards Historic Seppeltsfield Winery, so you can take in the breathtaking views of vast vineyards and palm tree studded roads. Then as you continue towards Nuriootpa, your pilot will point out Maggie Beer’s farm and the famous Penfold’s Winery. You can also see the stunning old buildings of Chateau Tanunda and numerous historic churches as you fly across the valley floor. As we fly further south, get ready to enjoy a view over Jacob’s Creek Winery, home of some of the largest wine tanks in Australia each tank holding up to 1.4 million litres of wine. From there we take you back to the southern end of the Barossa, gliding over the Barossa Goldfields and the Whispering Wall before descending back into the Hoffnungsthal Valley.
